I am an unashamed lover of lists and goals. So when I originally saw the 101 in 1000 challenge on Mackenize's blog, I immediately knew it was something that I would like to do. After reading fifteen pages of a '101 in 1001' Google search, I finally finished my own set of tasks. It's a lot harder than it sounds, trust me.
The Challenge:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and “stretching” (not just something we would already do day-to-day).

Why 1001 Days?
Lists like this have been made in the past, think “Bucket List”. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than just one year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing, timing and budgeting for things like outdoor activities or oversea adventures.
